This program is open to Bahraini candidates interested in gaining valuable experience across key areas of the hospitality industry, including Front Office, Food and Beverage, Culinary, Sales & Marketing, Event Planning, Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance & Accounting, Purchasing, and Maintenance.
The program is designed to enhance the candidates’ readiness for the job market by providing direct practical exposure within a professional hospitality environment across the group’s portfolio in Bahrain, including Gulf Hotel, Crowne Plaza, Novotel Al Dana Resort, Bahrain Airport Hotel, and Gulf Catering.
