Gulf Hotels Group Opens Registration for 2025 Summer Internship Program
Manama, Bahrain – Gulf Hotels Group has officially opened registration for its 2025 Summer Internship Program. The program aims to provide hands-on industry experience for Bahraini students and fresh graduates, while supporting national efforts to build a future-ready workforce in hospitality.
Now in its second edition, the Summer Internship Program is designed to immerse participants in key operational and administrative functions across the Group’s hotels, restaurants, and corporate offices. Interns will be placed in departments such as front office, food & beverage, guest relations, sales & marketing, events, HR, IT and finance, allowing them to gain valuable exposure and develop essential workplace skills.
Open to Bahraini undergraduate students and recent graduates, the program will run for eight weeks starting in July 2025. Participants will benefit from mentorship by industry professionals and receive a completion certificate, with high-performing interns being considered for future employment or extended training opportunities.

This program reflects our continued commitment to nurturing Bahraini talent and creating clear pathways for young professionals to grow, thrive, and eventually lead within the industry.”
While the Summer Internship Program serves as an entry point into the hospitality sector, it complements Gulf Hotels Group’s long-standing commitment to national talent development, as reflected in its flagship Al-Mostaqbal Program. Established in 1974, the Al-Mostaqbal Program offers Bahraini youth a fully funded Hospitality Management degree at top international institutions, paired with structured on-the-job training across hotel divisions. Participants also receive a competitive salary during their studies and are guaranteed a leadership role within the Group upon successful completion. This program underscores Gulf Hotels Group’s role in shaping future leaders and advancing Bahrainization within the hospitality sector.
