Gulf Hotels Group and Eagle Hills Diyar Sign Agreement to Open “Takht Jamsheed” Restaurant at Marassi Galleria, Bahrain
Marassi Galleria has announced the signing of an agreement with Gulf Hotels Group to open Takht Jamsheed restaurant at the mall, with its official launch scheduled for early next year. This expansion marks the restaurant’s first branch outside its original location at the Gulf Hotel, as part of the Group’s strategic plan to strengthen the presence of its distinguished brands in key destinations across Bahrain and beyond.
The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Maher Al Shaer, Managing Director of Eagle Hills, and Mr. Ahmed Janahi, Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Hotels Group, along with representatives from both parties. The partnership reflects strong confidence in the Bahraini market and a shared commitment to delivering refined hospitality experiences that further reinforce the Kingdom’s position as a regional destination for fine dining.
The opening of Takht Jamsheed at Marassi Galleria represents an extension of the restaurant’s prestigious journey, which began in 2002 at the Gulf Hotel. For more than two decades, the restaurant has established itself as one of Bahrain’s leading Persian dining destinations, renowned for its luxurious ambiance inspired by Persian civilization and its elegant décor that echoes a rich historical legacy. The kitchen is led by an Iranian head chef and a specialized culinary team offering an authentic menu of signature dishes, including saffron-marinated grills, aromatic rice specialties, and traditional stews, complemented by contemporary touches that create an exceptional dining experience blending authenticity with innovation.
