Gulf Hotels Group Reaffirms Support for Initiatives Empowering People with Disabilities

Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain – 23 June 2026: As part of its ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility and supporting initiatives that create a positive impact within the community, Gulf Hotels Group welcomed Mr. Adel Sultan Al Mutawa, Chairman of the Bahrain Mobility International Center, for a meeting with Group Chief Executive Officer Ahmed Janahi to discuss opportunities for collaboration and support initiatives aimed at empowering people with disabilities and promoting their inclusion in society.
During the meeting, the Bahrain Mobility International Center highlighted its pioneering role since its establishment in 1979. Over more than four decades, the Center has provided specialized care, rehabilitation, and educational services to thousands of beneficiaries across various age groups through its network of kindergartens, rehabilitation centers, and dedicated programs designed to enhance quality of life and support social inclusion.
Both parties emphasized the importance of partnerships between the private sector and civil society organizations in advancing community-focused initiatives and supporting people with disabilities. Gulf Hotels Group also reaffirmed its commitment to contributing to programs that enhance accessibility, promote inclusion, and create greater opportunities for people with disabilities to participate fully in society.
